Focused on developing the most comprehensive language program possible, EF has invested heavily in the development of its own multi-dimensional methodology, geared to give students a total language immersion experience. Our Efekta™Language Learning System combines classroom lessons, interactive online tutorials, real world experience and the latest in language learning technology. With EF, students’ learning extends far beyond the walls of the classroom.

Textbooks
The 8 books that are extensively researched and uniquely produced for the Trailblazers course contain exercises for developing language proficiency, and practice tests after each unit. The Trailblazers curriculum covers all the language required for success in local school and national examinations.

Student App/Website
The well integrated online learning component of the Trailblazers course conveniently allows students to revise what has been learned in class, do their homework from anywhere, and receive immediate feedback on their work.

Mentor App
An EF innovation in using mobile technology for self-learning, this Vocabulary app accelerates the learning of hundreds of new English words (spelling and meaning) by adapting to each student’s own pace. At the start of every new unit, the library of words to learn will be updated with a new list. Students will learn the new list of words repeatedly until they master them.

EF Parents App/Website
To give parents transparency and the ability to monitor their children’s growth, EF provides clear and comprehensive reporting from our parental app. Lessons learned, homework completion, test scores, in-class activity pictures and teacher feedback are all available to help parents keep track of the areas of strengths and weaknesses to pay attention to.

Progress Advisors
Every class will have a dedicated Progress Advisor who will work with parents on their children’s learning plan, and work with teachers on monitoring and communicating progress to parents. The school will also hold regular face-to-face meetings between parents, progress advisors and teachers to facilitate the discussion of questions and concern.
