What is the EF English First learning guarantee?
RE-SIT THE SAME LEVEL FOR FREE
If a student achieves 95% attendance and finishes all iLab homework on time, but fails to pass the end-of-level test, that student may repeat the course (of the same level) for free.
TUITION MONEY REFUND
If a student is unsatisfied with their course within 20 days of beginning classes at EF English First, we will refund 100% of course fee.
